CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Ensure constructability while providing value engineering oversight, and keeping your target costs in the forefront throughout the preconstruction phase. Our CM oversight will aid in identifying and detailing trade contractors’ bid packages prior to bidding to ensure the most complete scope coverage.
DUE DILIGENCE / PRECONSTRUCTION
Conceptual budgets, project milestone time plans, conceptual and schematic design management and site evaluations. Coordination with local municipalities, land mapping, geotechnical and environmental investigations, and program and planning documents.
DESIGN BUILD
Contracting with one entity to perform both design and construction with the benefit of a single point of contact, early knowledge of cost, budget management and time-savings.
GENERAL CONTRACTING
Vendor coordination and procurement, full time field supervision and project management services, prepare and administer project budgets and schedules, contract administration, quality assurance and control, monitor safety programs.
