Phenix Salon Suites

Phenix Salon Suites – in collaboration with Phoenix Builders Norcal, JBS Builders is in the final stages of completing a 49 salon suite in Sacramento, CA. The interior buildout includes roughly 49 individual salon suites and common areas. The buildout boasts a full LED lighting package with individual suite zoned control, state of the art access control hardware and extensive HVAC system to keep the suites well-ventilated and conditioned. Design to have a sleek, modernized interior.


Playground Design

JBS Builders is currently working with Growth Public Schools on conceptual design of a natural/organic playground for K-8 charter campus in Sacramento, CA. The project will consist of: conceptual playground layout and design within a commercial landscape, preparing for new play area consisting of: hardscape walkways, blacktop resurfacing, fencing, ball netting, and accessible upgrades. Onsite work slated to start in early 2024 and anticipated completion by June 2024.
