NorCal Logistics Center – Construction Management Services in Stockton, CA

JBS Builders began providing construction management and advisory services related to a three (3) building distribution warehouse development project of 1.7MSF in Stockton, CA in November 2016, and which completed in December 2017.  In 2018, JBS Builders continues to provide CM & Advisory services relating to entitlement efforts for Phase II for the development project.  Phase I and II services consist of: Review design plans at conceptual, schematic, design development and construction document phases, make comments and recommendations, coordinate with architect and civil engineer with preparation and submittal of the Site Plan Review submittal to the City of Stockton, review the project fee schedule prepared by the City of Stockton, make comments, assist design team with preparation of bid documents, coordinate with the architect and civil engineer for plan check and permit submittal(s) to the City of Stockton, and assist with public utility service applications and fees.
